Starchitects abuse power gap.

We churn out students who know little of construction and we have name architects who abuse their power position by using young "interns" or, really beginner architects or students as free labor.

I know someone I went to school with in London who was a trust fund kid and he worked for Zaha Hadid for years for free. He now is an upper level member of her office but the equation was stacked in favor of the wealthy as far as access to her office and she could avoid paying others as well because of opportunity when some kind of salary would be more humane.
